Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents. There is no logo or brand name visible on the outside. The sender's name and address will appear as a generic name, such as "Gift" or similar. Your privacy is our top priority—please shop with confidence.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 48 hours after your order has been successfully placed and paid.

Standard Shipping

Within Canada
Orders are shipped via Canpar, Purolator, UPS, etc. Delivery times vary by location and typically take 1–5 business days:

  • Ontario (GTA and nearby): 1 business day

  • Montreal: 2–3 business days

  • Alberta: 3–4 business days

  • Vancouver: 4–5 business days

  • For small parcels to Vancouver using expedited shipping, delivery can be as fast as 1 business day. For specific estimates, please contact customer support.

To the United States
We ship to the U.S. using UPS. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
