What If the Product Has a Defect?

If you discover a visible or functional defect within 7 days of receiving your order—such as tearing, no power, or failure to vibrate—please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect

  3. We will verify the issue with the manufacturer

  4. If confirmed as a product defect, we will arrange for a replacement or refund

  5. You must return the product with all original components, packaging, and accessories

  6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please note:

  • Products damaged due to personal misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our items, all returned products will be securely disposed of and never resold under any circumstances.
